project management team is experienced constructing projects
in a variety of fields from corporate office, R&D, medical,
retail, and restaurant buildouts to base building work and ground-up
construction.

has established an excellent reputation for quality work and
timely delivery of projects working for some of the top companies
and property owner/managers in the area. Roughly 70% of Prism
projects are with repeat clients and 50% of those are negotiated.
- Volume. Annual
revenues are approximately $12 million with most of our projects
ranging in size from $100,000 to $1,000,000. (as well as multi-million
dollar skating rinks)

full range of services from conceptual estimating & planning,
feasibility studies, value engineering, and design/build services
through project execution, fixture & food service installation,
and project close-out.

As part of the Project Team, open communications
are important for all parties involved. We will run weekly project
meetings and upon request, will update all members of the team
with e-mail correspondence, digital progress photos, project
updates and meeting minutes.
- Project Team. We
employ a highly experienced estimating and project management
staff, full-time superintendents, carpenters, laborers, and
office support.
- Accountability.
We understand we are only as good as the subcontractors we hire,
so Prism uses only highly qualified tradesmen that fully understand
the importance of quality work, cost, and schedule.
- Safety. Prism
has won the distinguished S.T.E.P. safety award from the Associated
Builders and Contractors organization (ABC) seven times.
- Delivery. Experienced
working with a variety of project delivery methods including
Fast-Track & Design/Build as Cost Plus Fee / GMP, and Lump
Sum.
- Coverage. $5
million umbrella insurance policy, $4 million bond capacity.
