Prism Builders,
Inc. employs a dedicated staff of individuals to
service your all construction needs. Bob Waxman is in charge of
company strategy, estimating, planning and the overall success of
projects. In order to complete your project successfully, our
project management team will fulfill all pre-construction
requirements, subcontractor selection, construction management and
initial scheduling. The assigned project manager will be the point
person for all project related correspondence and inquiries. One
of our highly qualified superintendents will provide full
time, on-site construction supervision throughout the project.
He will take charge of subcontractor coordination, final
scheduling, quality control procedures and will ensure all work
conforms to the drawings and specifications. The project manager
and site superintendent will both attend weekly project meetings
with your team.

President & Project Executive
- As President and Project Executive, Bob
is responsible for daily operations of the firm and the overall
success of projects. Bob is in charge of estimating, preliminary
scheduling, and planning requirements of all projects. He has
over fifteen years experience in the construction industry with
diverse groups of clientele in the high tech, R&D, retail,
restaurant, medical, corporate and transportation fields. Bob
holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Wentworth Institute of
Technology and a Master of Business degree from Salem State
College.
- Mike DeVincent - Vice President of Business
Development
- Mike is responsible for business
development, sales and marketing. In this position, he oversees
company marketing efforts, introduces the firm to prospective
clients, maintains existing relationships, creates customized
construction proposals, and serves as a liaison between the
client and the project management team. Mike has over twelve
years of sales and marketing experience targeting construction
within the corporate, retail, medical, R&D/manufacturing,
and institutional markets. He is a graduate of California State
University and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial
Engineering.
- Matt Genzale
- Vice President of Project Management

Matt Genzale is highly experienced in all facets of construction. In this position, Matt will serve to control the project between our client, the architect and engineers, subcontractors, the superintendent, and city officials. Responsibilities include a review of project specifications & compliance, scheduling, subcontract /supplier administration, requisitions, analysis of subcontractor/supplier invoices, shop drawing review & submittals, safety evaluation, scheduling inspections, and submittal of project close-out manual. In addition to
running weekly project meetings, Matt will continually correspond with all members of the Project Team with the final goal of completing the project on schedule, within budget, and with a high degree of quality. Matt's training & expertise in the mechanical field contributes significantly towards M/E/P design/build projects. Matt is a graduate of Boston University and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Project Superintendents
- Our superintendents bring over 90 years
of quality construction talent to the team. As construction
managers and project superintendents, they are responsible for
the orchestration of field personnel and subcontractors on the
project, site issues, final scheduling, quality control, review
and tracking of contract drawings, code compliance, and
coordination of all work with local government
authorities.
- Carpentry / Labor Staff
- Our "utility" men all lend their
individual talents to our team. Each is well experienced in the
carpentry, drywall, and utility divisions. Whether it is
patching walls, installing millwork or keeping the site clean,
they all lend the necessary backup manpower required for the
specifics of commercial construction.
