The interior features raised access flooring and demountable walls throughout to offer maximum flexibility.

The Arsenal on the Charles - Watertown, MA

Multiple base building renovations and infrastructure upgrades within complex as former armory is redeveloped into 700,000 square feet of first class office space. Work included upgrade of M/E/P building systems, new elevator & shaft, bathroom cores, common areas, and buildout.

Second Step - Newton, MA

9,000 square foot renovation/addition project for developer Continental Wingate, the City of Newton and tenant Second Step. Second Step is an upscale housing complex for women and their children in need of shelter. The residence is complete with nine private bedroom / bath suites, full-service kitchen complete with kosher area, living room, study, play area, and administration offices in lower level. The scope of work included complete interior demolition, lead and asbestos abatement, new mechanical & electrical systems, slate roof, new windows, walls, flooring, extensive millwork & finishes, and landscaping of the grounds.

Base building infrastructure improvements and tenant buildout for repeat client & building owner Bluestone Holdings. The scope of work included selective demolition, new mechanical & electrical systems, new elevator and shaft, common area upgrades, bamboo flooring, extensive glass and finishes throughout.
