are approximately $13 million.Most Prism renovation projects range from $100,000 to $2,000,000, as well as larger new construction projects.

We employ a highly experienced estimating and project management staff, full-time site
superintendents, carpenters, laborers, and office support.

Prism has established an excellent reputation working for some
of the top companies, project management firms, and property owner/managers in the area.
Many of Prism projects are negotiated with repeat clients.
Services.
A full range of services from conceptual estimating & planning, feasibility
studies, value engineering, design/build services,
fixture/equipment installation and hook-up. A detailed project
close-out manual will be submitted upon completion.
Communications.
As part of the Project Team, we stress open communications between all
parties involved. The dedicated project manager will run weekly
meetings to review project status & schedule, and will record
& distribute meeting minutes. Prism will update any off-site team members
with e-mail correspondence, digital progress photos, and meeting minutes.
Dependability. Prism uses
only highly qualified tradesmen that fully understand the
importance of quality work, cost, and schedule.
Safety. Prism has won the
distinguished S.T.E.P. safety award from the Associated Builders
and Contractors organization (ABC) eight times.
Delivery. Experienced
working with a variety of project delivery methods including
traditional design/bid/build with a lump sum contract, or
fast-track design/build projects negotiated as cost plus fee with
guaranteed max (GMP).
Coverage.
$5 million umbrella to cover liability insurance and workers compensation.
